International orders (outside Australia)

I’m delighted to ship my artwork worldwide! Please note that international orders may incur customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

• Fine Art Prints: Printed to order. Ships in 3–5 business days.
• Originals & Commissions: Packaged and dispatched in 5–7 business days.

Packaging

• A4 & A3 Prints: Shipped flat in rigid mailers.
• A2 Prints: Rolled safely in sturdy protective tubes.
• Original Artwork: Wrapped in archival glassine paper, bubble wrap, and heavy-duty boxing.

Damages & Address Issues

• Damaged Artwork: Contact us at lottagrimm7@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged artwork and packaging for a fast replacement.
• Shipping Address: Please verify your details at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
